At Murrieta Primary Care Clinic (https://www.murrietaprimarycare.com/) we are committed to providing a digital experience that is inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or assistive-technology preferences. Our aim is to meet — and whenever feasible exceed — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Ongoing Monitoring & Improvement

  • We run both automated and manual accessibility audits on a regular schedule.

“Ally” Accessibility Tool

  • We have integrated the Ally solution to give visitors features such as:
  • Contrast and color adjustments
  • Text-size and line-spacing controls
  • Reading mask and animation pause
  • Accessible page structure with keyboard shortcuts
  • Automatic alternative formats, when applicable

Staff Training

Our content and development teams receive periodic training in inclusive design best practices.

Development Workflow

New features are validated with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnifiers, etc.) before publication.

Conformance Status

Following our most recent audit (May 19 – 2025), we believe the majority of the site conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA. Some legacy pages or third-party embeds may not yet reach the same level; we are actively working to correct these issues.
