Let me say, Dr Ayala’s office is on point. Starting with Front Desk, they are helpful, patient, and kind. The wait was minimal to see the Dr. and once the Dr entered the room- she was focused and attentive asking the needed questions to provide me with her diagnosis. I didn’t feel rushed or shamed. She was proactive and immediately came up with a game plan to help me with my health journey. Oh, and the referral I needed- I received it via email in less than hour after our visit. I’m happy and grateful I found her offices!
Best primary care clinic! moved from LA so I had to find a new doctor, although it’s a bit of a drive from Riverside, it’s def worth it. My previous doctor always disregarded my questions regarding my health. Doctors at this office will LISTEN to you! From my anxiety to pain in my wrists, they are doing everything to address these concerns of mine. They have sent me to specialists right away and authorizations are approved asap. I have not had any problems with scheduling appts either in person or by phone.
Office is clean and tidy and there’s never a wait after checking in for my appt.
